The Monetary unit of the Conference is the Indian Rupees. (INR)
Visa
Delegates are advised to contact their Ministry for Foreign
Affairs or nearest Indian Embassy To ensure that you have all
the necessary information to obtain a visa in a timely manner,
please request your letter of invitation from the Conference
Secretariat immediately. Please note that a letter of invitation
does not guarantee the issue of a visa.
Insurance
Delegates are advised to take out travel insurance to cover
medical expenses, accidents, loss etc. No responsibility will be
accepted by the Conference Organizers.
Exhibition
The Conference will be accompanied by a Commercial Trade
Exhibition.
Registration Desk and Conference Secretariat
All participants will receive their Conference pack at the
registration desk. The registration desk will be staffed
throughout the Official Conference hours.
ENTITLEMENTS
Delegates
Payment of the registration fee entitles delegates to
participate in the Scientific Programme and to receive a
Conference pack at registration which includes delegate badge,
final programme and book of abstracts and Food Coupons.
Invitation to the Annual Reception Dinner /Banquet is also
included.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of Delegate Fees, each participant will receive
confirmation of registration.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, an 50% refund of registration fees
and accommodation payments will be allowed provided that notice
of cancellation is received in writing by the Conference
Secretariat before a set date. After this date no refund will be
allowed.
